I stopped purchasing electronics from this place based on my last experience which happened quite a long time ago. We made an advance payment to buy a TV during Navratri however the TV was not delivered even after the passage of Diwali. The frustration we had to go through was unimaginable, contacting these unprofessional people every other day to know when it would be delivered, only to be reassured that it would be delivered soon.
I am thankful to online platforms for giving us an excellent alternative to such lackadaisical stores who least bothered about their customers and commitments. Good riddance.
