Please don't do invest with them i have invested 4 years ago and 2 years before i have cancelled the deal which was rs 80,000 and still they are not refunded a single money, so my request for all do not do investment with the infratech. they are keep changing employees and offices so be careful.

Very bad experience.Bad management. I was assured of pick up for site visit but was not told that they arrange only if I come to office.Inspite of several requests they didn't arrange the pick up directly to the site. I however spent 300 rs. of my own pocket and went to the site. From there I was shown my plot from a distance of about 20/30km ( from the highway) , with an excuse that they cannot take us on that location.plot is not accesible. How can they expect customer to pay for the plot which is not shown to them on the actual location? Also office person told they entirely own the lands and plots in their name. 7/12 is in their name. But the site person told that they don't own , but have tie ups with the land owners. Very disappointing visit. They want big and huge investors. They don't entertain middle class people like us. Promises and assurances mention in Ads seems to be fake . Really bad .

The staffs are incompetent, clueless and rude. They have no idea of sales and you ll not get positive feel to go ahead with the deal. If this is the behaviour prior sale than how it will be after booking?
