My family and I have been staying at the Ginger Hotel Thane for several years now and we have always had a wonderful experience. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always cooperative and attentive. The hotel is located in a convenient area and has a variety of nearby restaurants and attractions. We also appreciate that the hotel offers a wide range of amenities, like Wi-Fi, to make our stay more comfortable.
Overall, we have been very pleased with our stays at the Ginger Hotel Thane and would highly recommend it to others. The combination of excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities make it a great place to stay.

One of the worst 3 star ⭐ hotel.

Ohh sorry never say 3 ⭐ , 1, 2 star hotels are better than this hotel.
3rd grade restaurant and food available here. There are no proper facilities available. The people in the hotel are good but the facilities provided by the management are the worst.
Never prefer this hotel if it is corporate or personal no matter.
Complimentary breakfast is for name sake and worst. I informed my corporate to not to book this kind of worst hotels.

Starting with the pre check-in experience,
1- They had no parking facility available at the premises which is okay but had no other options available for the guest to even suggest a place to park the vehicle on approaching the valet and the reception the answer they gave me was We don't know a place park it at your own risk.
2- On providing the valid ID they took us 25mins to complete the process.
During the stay experience,
The Card provided for the room was not working and we had to again wait outside the room for another 20-25mins to enter the room.
Overall the experience could have been much more better because when you choose a brand it is the trust of ease and trust otherwise there are ample of competitors.
