One of the finest gym i have ever seen in thane. The price is reasonable and you get trained by highly qualified trainers who are very supportive. Its specious, well equipied with equipments. Must visit to transform yourself and to build a healthy lifestyle.

Gym is good with all the latest equipments and a dedicated room for Legs.They also have a separate Crossfit Zone with majority of the equipments.
Pros
1.Experienced and Good Trainers.
2.Most of the equipments are new and in good condition.
3.Has Olympic Bars.
4.Has a assisted Pull up and Chest Dips Machine.
5.Dumbbells up-to 50kg and Plates up-to 20kg.
6.They also checks your Body Fat, Visceral fat and all other measurements.
7.Parking is available.

Cons
There is only one it's too crowded during peak hours.

One of the best gym in Thane...This gym also houses a CrossFit zone. The CrossFit zone has all the equipments and amenities such as battle rope, hammer, Sledge, flip tyres and not the least very experienced trainers. The gym is very spacious and has all the latest machineries. The main USP of this place is the experienced trainers and spaciousness

Gym timing are from 5.30 am to 11.30 pm
