One of the best places to where you can start your fitness journey. I joined for boxing and my wife for fitness. Sumeet sir listens and understand what you want to accomplish and guide you to the point. No b*s pure efforts. Trainers here for fitness Sangram sir and Abhishek sir are MMA fighters themselves and they make sure you get the best workout evry single time you step into the gym.

Overall place to go to if you want to get fir, become fighter or just gain confidence.

Highly recommended.

The best training for CrossFit and MMA! Everyone here is awesome! Sumeet sir, Sangram sir, and Abhishek sir give so much attention to every single move of their students.

Since they only enroll small batches, they are able to keep track of each and everyone's schedule, diet, and workouts which is just too good!

I joined to get back in the workout scenes after 2 years of lockdown.

And by the end of the first month, I was already feeling very active, much stronger, and super confident!

Thank you for the awesome time you all! I really hope I can join you all back soon!

It's best gym in mumbai for MMA????...
Awesome, professional and very competent coaches.. you're in safe hands training here. It's a fantastic one hour to spend. Great workout and skills to learn to defend yourself...
