I am giving 2 stars because of doctor good tritment.
Otherwise nurses are very rude and non helpful.
When I was there one sister was starting to fight so loud I was shocked ????.
She had no manners at all.
But Dr tritment is best.

The nurses are so rude...carrying the attitude as if they are the doctors and own the hospitals..dont have manners to talk with patient ..worst attitude towards the sick people...worst nurses

The clinic management needs to be improved.

I took my mom here for hearing consultation.

Things visitors need to know before coming here. (Clinic management can improve in these areas)

1) No prior appointment are take. If you coming from far place, plan accordingly.
2) No proper waiting area. We were asked to sit outside the clinic for an hour.( I informed receptionist a day before that I am planning a visit and I am coming from other state. Still no appointment was taken and till doctor arrived we we sitting outside).
3) No computerized billing and no card and UPI payment. Only cash payment.
A small bill coupon is given as an acknowledgement with no sign and seal. (How to trust this and it may effect in medical claims) a computerized billing will help to gain trust.
4) such a ride staff. Simply they will yell at you.
5) Doctor advice is good but overall experience was bad.
