It is a very so so place.
Please note that this hotel is a 1 star hotel and not a 3 star.
The rates according to the services and facilities are high. The only positive point is good location but if you want a better place to stay. Paying just 500 bucks more will get you a room at Balaji Sarovar which is a 5 star hotel.
The staff here is very average. The MD here is super rude and not good to talk.
Food here is a okay, nothing out of this world.

Overall satisfaction: POOR.
Stayed for 4 days. Room was good bt room service was poor. Hotel is costly as compared to services offered. Had a bad experience of being served a fruit salad which also had an insect and the worst part of the whole incident was that the manager was not available to complaint. Checkd out the same day and moved to Hotel Lotus, located just opposite, had a good experience there... For me this hotel is out of option for stay in future.
