Shrimant Peshawe Ganesh Mandir located behind the Shaniwarwada is one of the oldest Ganesh temple in Pune. The main idol of Shree Ganesh is red in color as it is self borne. Its very beautiful. The temple is medium in size and people gather here mainly on Tuesdays and on Sankashti Chaturthi which comee once in a month. The temple was built by Peshwe hence it's called Shrimant Peshwe Ganesh.

The place was quite and peaceful even if the mandir is situated just beside the chaotic road ..
