Little known place. Blink and you miss it's entry. Beautiful architecture. It houses museum but I didn't get the chance to visit it. There's no facilities for parking in the immediate vicinity. That should be kept in mind. On the plus side to visit there was no entry fee. Loved the place. Could have been better advertised though.

Historical place!!!

If you come to visit nanawada must visit places around nanawada like lal mahal and shaniwar wada.

Only ground floor is available to visit.
First floor has office where we can't visit.
There are decks available to sit for while.

Built by an 18th-century ruler, this elegant structure features a courtyard surrounded by archways.

The beautiful architecture of the mansion has stood the test of time. It is primarily made of sagwan wood/teak and is an example of architecture from the Peshwa era. The elaborate woodwork consists of wooden railings, a timber ceiling, arches, motifs of banana flowers, cypress-shaped pillars.

The Nana Phadnavis wada is a large structure with six quadrangles, or courtyards, and a perimeter-protection wall. This construction of the complex was completed around 1780. The building is known as Nana Wada. It was the residence of Nana Phadnavis, a minister and statesman of the Maratha Empire during the Peshwa administration in Pune. The mansion is spread over 20,000 square feet and was built in 1780. The beautiful architecture of the mansion has stood the test of time. The 31-year-old singer was made famous in the early 2010s through Pledis Entertainment's K-pop groups After School and its subunit Orange Caramel, and began her acting career in 2014 with Fashion King. She's since starred in numerous K-dramas and films like Into the Ring and The Swindlers.
