Sales people there are so full of themselves, and judge you if you don't purchase from them. I had a tight budget to purchase product, and they still kept throwing expensive products as recommendations. They'll kill you with looks if you don't buy after their pitching. They know well about products, but should get over themselves a little bit and try to be more humane. Horrible experience!

The staff just stands in a group and overhears conversation and laughs at people. The girl that helped us was extremely helpful though. But please teach your staff basic manners.

Extremely uncomfortable environment. Makeup shopping or even makeup window shopping is supposed to be fun and exciting. Just because the products are pretty expensive doesn't mean that they treat all the customers like peasants and that we don't deserve to be there. Highly disappointing considering I've been to sephoras in the UAE and the USA as well, and the environment was entirely different.
