Fabulous experience all in all.
The only thing they need is a steam / sauna post therapy before the shower.
There is a lot on the menu but no staff certain services like manicure & pedicure.

First thing I thought to give 0 because the receptionist is very rude and mean lady. She do not have any decency , any manners about how to have a conversation. The lady thinks that she is the queen of the England. The management should really look into it.
It would be unfair to give less rating just because of the unprofessional, aweful receptionist, so 3 it is.
The massage guy was really good. He did his job with great professionalism. The experience was good.
