Don’t book this bus. Specially from swargate . These guys are fraud . Always choose shivneri . They will tell you that they are going to leave sooner but they will not leave before 2 hrs . They told me that shivneri will take time our bus will be leaving in 15 mins . At that time , time was 9 PM. Guess what , at what time bus started it’s journey ? 12 AM !!! 3 hrs late . Then they took half n hour for refueling . I am attaching the photo of fraudster conductor and driver . Please avoid them . Only shivneri no private travels . Agar aap swargate per hai to Inki bus main na baithe . 2 ghante say pehle bus nahi chalegi . Mujhe 15 min bolke 3 ghante lagae . Conductor driver gunde hai dhamki bhi dete hai . Shivneri hi chune. Conductor and driver ki photo Laga raha hu .

Worst service. Impolite staff. No bus tracking link provided. No contact number given for actual bus driver. Operator not receiving calls. Bus was late by 1 hour. I was the only girl waiting at the pickup point(11:15 PM-12:35 AM) and the driver didn't even bother to tell me that the bus was going to be late. Even when the bus reached the pick up point I didn't get any call, I was running behind the bus and the driver was looking for someone else to sit on my pre-booked seat.

I request Google to keep -ve star option for this kind of service, it is necessary.

This travel agency is third class . My journey is Swargate to Panvel. They dropped me at kalamboli, 3.5km away from panvel. Vehicle condition is very bad, AC not working.
