I suggest you never go with this traveling agency if i have option to give less than 1 star I'll do that. The worst service ever i experienced, they take money form you first and just leave you in bus as they don't care. Your time value doesn't matter here. Literally they check your patience level to the extreme level. Rather than this private service i suggest go with government transport service coz atleast they are on time. I traveled from pune to kolhapur usually the government transport require 4 to 5 hours for this but you cant imagine this travels waste my 7 hours for this traveling. Please kindly advise to all who is reading this don't go with them never.
If you honour your time and peace of mind then avoid this travel company at any cost!!!

Travel by the State Transport buses instead.

Pathetic pathetic service. They don’t care about the passengers at all. Booked a car for 5 people from pune to lonavala and for 6 hours only they charged us a wholesome 3500. Our car met with an accident on the way, with the cars headlights broken. We waited 3 hours inside the car, but the driver paid no attention to us , was only concerned for getting his money from the other for his damaged car. We booked a cab, but the driver didn’t let the cab driver take us unless we paid 3500 for only 6 hours!!! We only went to 2 places in lonavala. Please don’t consider this travel agency. We had to get police involved for the driver to book us some other arrangement to go to pune in the middle of the highway.

The agents totally ruined my itinerary. My experience dates back to March 6 2014. I booked a bus from them which was supposed to leave at 3:00 PM but got delayed. I was suffering from dysuria and kidney stones and the delay made me restless. Moreover when the drop bus took me and the other passengers at the bus depot, no one knew which bus we were supposed to board. It caused a lot of trouble and frustration to the passengers. Since they were not leaving even after 5:00 PM, I decided to stay back in a hotel nearby. If you honour your time and peace of mind then avoid this travel company at any cost!!!

Travel by the State Transport buses instead.
