The only downside i believe is that they do not have many products on display specially Lcds and leds????????

I visited the store on 22/03/2023 around 6 PM. The person working there was least bothered. I asked him about the redmi note 11 pro, redmi note 11 and a few other phones. He says that the redmi 12 series has been released so there are no other phones. He did not bother to tell me about any specs or anything. He was least interested in doing anything. Worst experience I have had. My whole family has an Mi phone and this store was the worst one I have gone to.

As good as the in-store experience might be, try as much as you want, they never answer the phones if you have a question about whether they have any particular product in stock before you go all the way to their store. So basically, you may end up going all the way only to find out that the specific thing you want is not in stock.
