Once i bought sandal from regal store, seasons mall,pune -- i have had worst experience with it. My sandal got torn off in just a month after that i went there as it was in warranty period but they did nothing. At least they could have given me discount on another pair but they didn't do anything. It's very disappointing experience. WORST QUALITY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Sandal bought for wife got tore within a week and when asked for replacement in warranty then got rude answer from sales man. Highly not recommended at all
