Review is specifically for the sales team including sales director:
Unfair, unprofessional practices followed, false claims and commitments given, wrong information provided by the sales team and their so called "Sales director" in almost every aspect of the discussion.
Sales director tells you a figure and claims they can't go below that certain value because they have not offered anyone at such a lower price, giving you the preference and what not but when they get multiple customers in just a few days, they actually close the deal even at lower price and claim that deal was closed at much higher price than they offered you. Dirty marketing strategy to exaggerate the property value and create fake pricing bubble by claiming false higher pricing.

Poor quality of material.Very bad construction.leckage from many wall. No acid wash was done. No professionalism at work. No trust worthy Builder. Builder gives fake promises while introducing the flat but nothing has given.
