I purchased a one-year membership subscription at this gym, but it has turned out to be a disappointment and a waste of money. After discovering another gym that offers superior services, I realized how inexperienced and unprofessional the so-called 'fitness expert,' is. You can assess his education and skill level by examining the attached image, which clearly indicates his poor command of English. Unfortunately, following his diet advice has led to serious health issues for me. I had to undergo numerous medical checkups and tests, resulting in significant expenses. My kidneys were adversely affected due to his dietary recommendations, causing significant concern. Even the medical professionals, upon seeing the attached photo displaying a 'diet plan' and consultation from a non-doctor, found it hilarious. This highlights the lack of professionalism on his part. It is important to consult only qualified doctors with MBBS degrees for diet advice, disregarding the credentials of individuals holding mere certifications. one of the trainers who works in the morning who was inadequate in my experience, constantly used his mobile phone instead of attending to clients and provided incorrect guidance and advice. Even my friends from another gym, laughed on his teachings and guidance. I believe he works here only for money. While my judgment is based solely on my personal encounter, he is not a major concern. I hope my kidneys have not suffered any permanent damage as a result. Unfortunately, the manager of the gym did not handle the situation appropriately. Instead of taking responsibility for the issues I faced, he resorted to blaming me for my medical problems. He baselessly alleged that these problems were a result of me going to another gym on the same day and not giving my body enough rest. His irrelevant statements, such as his family members taking protein were unhelpful and absurd. I kindly request the gym management to take appropriate action against and replace him with a truly skilled and knowledgeable professional. This conduct left me disappointed and raised concerns about his professionalism. I share this review in the hopes of offering constructive feedback based on my personal experience. It is my intention to provide an honest and genuine perspective without resorting to offensive language or manipulation. I hope this review resonates with both the management team and potential readers, promoting positive changes and enhancing the overall gym experience.

Good ambiance to workout, trainers are well trained and very helpful and i get best results in just in 5 months.

Best gym in Baner Balewadi locality. The trainers are dedicated and guide you to do the right workout in right way.
Good music to motivate you to hit another set.
