A good and well maintained gym with good trainers available to guide you . General training of this gym is more efficient than the personal trainings in other gym . Good for all sorts of gym freaks (beginners, intermediate, advance) .

It's a good gym. Trainers are friendly and professional. And the membership is not costly unlike other gyms.

I had the personal training from Akash Balwadkar for last 7-8 months. Akash is an excellent fitness trainer. The expertise and guidance he provided through my training sessions have helped in my significant improvements. Akash adapts and makes new suggestions based on need to the kind of workout to be performed. He also provides inputs on diet. Akash has an eye for details about how an exercise is to be performed. I thank him for the change that he has helped me to bring to myself.
