Unprofessional staff with irresponsible behaviour. Booked online appointment but never got a confirmation whether it is done or not. Then tried booking appointment over phone to which the receptionist responded that doctor is out of town and she has received our message and that she will call back but even in 2 weeks we didn't get even a single call. Then we went directly went to their clinic in KP without appointment to check if we can get spot appointment. While the doctor was there but we were told that he is busy iwith patients however we did not find a single patient in the clinic. The receptionist again handed over the visiting card and told to take appointment over phone before visiting. The place also was not looking like a doctors clinic at all.

The doctor Dev himself is really unprofessional and doesn't even know what to speak to the patient and he himself doesn't know how to handle the patient. I happen to visit him today and wanted to understand the weight loss process for which I asked him few questions to which he dint like being questioned so much and he asked me to leave and come after 10 days. I asked further why 10 days he said that the receptionist will guide me. But the staff is really rude and uneducated. No professionalism at all. They don't know what to speak to the patients. The clinic is also very unrealistic and something fishy could be sensed. Not safe going alone specially for the females. Do visit at your own risk. The doctor dint even speak or explain what the weight loss treatment he would be providing. He just told he will be charging 1500 rs for the medicines. Rest what exact treatment he would be giving and all nothing he disclosed. Seems to be a psycho doctor. He needs a mental help. Would recommend people not to visit this clinic at all. They are just misleading the public and wasting their time who are coming from far away distance. Weird clinic, unprofessional staff and the doctor too.
