We wanted a product which was not with them on purchase day. They convinced saying they will make home delivery by next day evening as we are staying away from the showroom. It's 3rd day, neither product is delivered nor a call from Bata about status.
This irresponsible behaviour just cannot be accepted. We're calling them on the number indicated in the invoice, but number is continuously engaged from 2 days.

Wrost service ever. They will talk to you like giving away free shoes and favoring customers. Products are sold here literally by lying to customers as no size available. The salesman has so much attitude and says "Lena hai to Lo nahi to mat lo..." Thank you so Much BATA for wonderful customer service. I wish I could rate 0 stars...
