I visited this clinic for one my my relative.Booked appointment at 4 pm. There were 2 receptionists. NO synchronization of queue at all. Till 6.15 I was waiting and they keep on adding multiple patients in between. From there behaviour it seems it was common practice in this clinic.

Finally at 6.30 they asked me to enter the Doctor's room. Doctor was more interested to push medicines and not in a mood to listen patients problem carefully.

Be careful while visiting this clinic.

Very bad experience. Compounder is very biased. Even though it is your turn, she let's other people go who have pressurized her. I waited for 2 long hours waiting for my turn, when every time she sent the people inside, who personally went to her and asked to send them first. Are not people aware of common ettiketes to be in a queu? And if people are ill mannered, it is the compounders responsibility to manage it.
Dr. Ninad, if you are reading this, please speak to her Bout it.
I am sure you won't be concerned about it, but definitely I am one of your unhappy patients

I refer all my clients to this doctor and his medicines and approach is amazing and produces results. I am thoroughly grateful towards him.
