Love there way of cooking on charcoal, without using gas. Gives earthen taste/feeling to food as its made with natural fuels.
Presentation is lovely and food is succulent .Meat cooked accurately to the scale.

Arth : A top-notch luxuries fine dine experience.

Arth is not just a fine dining restaurant it is a concept which has been designed with great thought, first of all, they believe in gas-free cooking so there is no LPG cylinders/connection at all. They have an authentic way of cooking like Angeethi, Smoker, Sandpits, and sigri.
This is for to keep and maintain the original flavour of each and every ingredient of the dish.
Celebrity chef Chef Amninder Sindhu has crafted the whole menu and every ingredient of the dish they offer they picked up from each part of India from where it belongs to give the most authentic experience here in Pune.

After doing great in Mumbai Arth is opened it's another branch in Westin Pune.

Now let's come to the main point:
They welcome you with the magic of the molecular gastronomy twist, Amuse Bouche are the silver-coated balls filled with Panipuri flavoured liquid. The purpose of this serving is to ignite your taste buds.

Now will start with the drinks:
The bartender of the Arth offers you some mind-blowing cocktails and mocktails.

•Golden Malabar:
This drink is inspired by the golden mountains of the Malabar region which produce the best quality of coffee, this drink is the heavy concentration of the Bourbon, Malabar Nugget Coffee, Caramel Puree and Fresh Orange.
This is the pure heaven for those who love coffee. #HighlyRecommanded

•G-Fashioned:
'Ghee' has an inimitable place in Indian cuisine, culture, and religion with immense benefits. This is an old fashioned having scotch and Angostura Bitters with a twist of truffle and ghee.
But while sipping on this you won't even feel that this contains ghee. #Recommended

•Yoghurt Clouds:
Again it's a molecular gastronomic delight. Its base made of crunchy potato basket and on that yoghurt dollops are kept which are topped with tamarind and mint chutney.

•Morels Stuffed
Kashmiri Morels stuffed with smoked mushroom mince on Nachini and walnut soil. These are the most expensive mushroom which is found only in Kashmir. And the chef has created a magic.

•Kurkuri Arbi:
Deep fried crispy Arbi used as a base and charred onion and tomato chutney, garlic, cranberries and topped with crispy leaves of the arbi.

•Jackfruit Tawa Boti
Slowly cooked jackfruit cubes with broccoli and peanuts cooked in a tandoor. Because of the slow cooking process, you can able to feel the taste of the each and every ingredient in this.

•Dahi Khamiri Roti & Pearl Potatoes:
Perfectly cooked roti which has perfect crispiness and flavour.
Pearl potatoes are made from the base of Dum Aloo. These potatoes are only found in northeast India and they are on the sweeter side which balances the taste.

•Chholey Kulchey:
Chole cooked in an authentic way in Angeethi to get the proper flavour. And it serves with Kulchey, tamarind chutney, Lassi and baby gulab jamun. It can easily serve two people.

•Paneer Smoked
It is again my favourite dish. It is made of paneer which is stuffed with mint and black pepper and cooked in an Angeethi and served with a crispy Rogni Roti which is made up from Black Rice.

Everyone's favourite desserts:
•Angoori Rabdi
Creamy and rich cottage cheese dumplings served on a phyllo nest. And the amazing way of serving the culinary art. #HighlyRecommanded

•Kaali Gajar ka Halwa
Yes, this is made from Black Carrots. It tastes as same as our regular gajar but the way made it was completely insane. As you take a bite you can feel the taste of carrot and ghee. And it was topped with Malai which was making it more delicious.

So as I said in the starting of the post, Arth is not just a restaurant, it is an elegant experience of dining.
The interior is designed by Mrs. Gauri Khan and without any doubt, it is an amazing art.
There was a live music which made the dinner more special with some amazing songs.
This is the perfect place for a special and romantic date for your loved one. And I will suggest you visit this place and you will understand what exactly it is.

⏺"Arth" -When it comes to pure grandeur and splendidness of an ilk of the most magisterial restaurants, 'Arth' is one that stands above and beyond the rest; like a God amongst men, like a lion in the jungle!

⏺Drinks -
▶Chameleon Fizz - A non-alcoholic drink that changes its color just like the chameleon hence the name. Drink made of lemon syrup,saline blue pea ice & tonic. As soon as the tonic is poured drink changes its color from blue to purple. It was eye-catchy & had citrus & tart flavor.
▶Oh Berry - Berry mocktails are my recent go-to drinks.Sparkling berry lemony mocktail is a perfect for summer. Berry blast with the dash of lemon & egg white will satisfy a sweet tooth & oh my goodness this looks so good! From taste & tell it really packs a punch of flavor.

⏺Appetizers -
▶Chicken Makhmali - You'll be lost whenever you put this juicy,tender pieces of chicken in your mouth. Chicken kebabs with smooth texture topped with whipped egg white & black truffle pate which surely contributed to enhance the taste of kebabs.They were mild in flavor because marination wasn't so strong. Yet satisfactory!❤
▶Morels Stuffed - One of the must have dish at Arth & well known for the price of the mushrooms! The taste is simply to die for.Kashmiri morels stuffed with smoked mushroom mince on nachini & walnut soil. They were savory & robust❤
▶Fish Char Grilled - This was best & a top class preparation out of Bhetki. Bhetki fish was marinated in tengamura,red chilli,naga spring salt and served with Cris Megenga leaf. Fish was fresh, light & grilled till it's crispy.Perfectly seasoned & fish lovers shouldn't miss this.
▶Mutton Kakori Kebab - Finer version of seekh kebab.Fine minced mutton kebab cooked on charcoal.I'm damn sure that these kebabs will make your appetite satisfy & you can never go wrong with it. Moist & tasty that they will melt in your mouth.
▶Demoli - It's something unique.Mutton smoked in bamboo on charcoal & served with fragrant alpania leaf wrapped with jasmine rice.Mutton was utterly delicious & cooked to perfection. The gravy was thin & went well with sticky jasmine rice.

⏺Main Course -
▶Pearl Potatoes-Badami dum aloo served with Dahi ki Khamiri Roti. Dish rich in flavors & served in gravy.Sweet potato curry lightly spiced & slightly sweet made with onions,tomatoes & spices.Soothing badami dum aloo gravy went perfectly with khamiri roti.
▶Sarson Ka Saag - A delicacy originally from Punjab. Scrumptious vegetarian dish made of mustard greens,bhatua,spinash & once again cooked on charcoal & eaten with the rustic makki di roti. This combo is only complete with a generous amount of desi ghee.Recommended for vegetarians!❤
▶Fish Net - This one was visually appealing dish green in color. Pomfret fish cooked in coriander stem,fresh coconut & kokam served with ghavni.Luscious dish that it will surely titillate your taste buds.

▶Dessert made with fresh Indian cottage cheese dumplings & put on phyllo nests.Soft & spongy cottage cheese balls dunked in saffron flavored thickened milk & garnished with dry fruits is apt for celebration. Sweet, succelent & heavenly delicious!Highly Recommend!❤
▶Kali Gajar Ka Halwa - Even though black carrots are quite distinct in their flavor this halwa was sweet & pleasant. It was rich in ghee & delectable. Black carrot pudding topped with malai. Texture was soft to mashed it easily & you won't believe it turned out be tastier than red one.❤

From service, food to pricing of dishes everything is at its best & worth to give a try.
