I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the McDonald's outlet near my location recently, and I must say it was a deeply disappointing experience. It's disheartening to have to write a review like this, but I believe it's important to share my experience to help both potential customers and the management of this establishment understand the issues I encountered.

First and foremost, the state of cleanliness in this McDonald's was appalling. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the restaurant was not well-maintained. Literally, every single table was dirty, with crumbs and spills left unattended. The floor was equally dirty, with a sticky, greasy residue in some areas. It was as if the cleaning staff had simply given up. The promise of a clean and hygienic environment is a fundamental expectation in any dining establishment, and it was severely lacking here.

What's worse, the air conditioning units in the restaurant were leaking, adding to the overall unclean and uncomfortable atmosphere. I felt like I was dining in a dirty waterpark rather than a McDonald's Premium Outlet. The dripping water from the AC units not only affected the cleanliness but also created a slippery and hazardous environment. I was concerned for the safety of both customers and the staff working in such conditions.

The premium branding of this McDonald's outlet was a complete misnomer. There was nothing premium about the experience – not the food, not the level of service, and certainly not the seating or ambiance. The premium outlets are supposed to offer an elevated experience, but this was far from it.

In addition to the cleanliness and ambiance issues, I ordered a Medium Hot Fudge sundae, which is usually a delightful treat. However, the quality was subpar. The ice cream appeared to have been hastily prepared, with minimal attention to detail. There was a distinct lack of hot fudge, and the overall portion was meager. I was left craving more, not just in terms of the hot fudge but also the overall quality of the dessert. It was a far cry from the delicious treats I have come to expect from McDonald's.

To further illustrate my experience, I have attached pictures that support these claims. These images speak for themselves, showcasing the grimy tables, dirty floor, leaking AC units, and the disappointing Hot Fudge sundae. I hope these pictures can provide a visual understanding of the state of this McDonald's outlet during my visit.

In conclusion, my visit to this particular McDonald's was nothing short of a pathetic experience. The cleanliness and maintenance issues, along with the unmet expectations of premium service and food quality, left me utterly unsatisfied. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate steps to address these issues, as they not only tarnish the reputation of this outlet but also harm the trust customers place in the McDonald's brand as a whole.

The staff is good, the place is neat and clean. Staff helps you for all the latest offers, they them self give you an option if you add this you will be eligible for this offer ????, best part was i forgot my mobile phone their and when called staff received the call and waited for me to hand me back... thank you ????
