I recently had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Renuka Borisa at her clinic, Genesis located in Ghansoli Navi Mumbai. We found her through a Google search when we were searching for a Gynecologist in Ghansoli for consultation before pregnancy.
Throughout my wife's pregnancy journey from the day of my first consultation until the birth of our baby via C-section , Dr. Renuka proved to be an exceptional doctor and a supportive guide. Right from the beginning, Dr. Renuka demonstrated a proactive approach in identifying any potential problems and consistently provided us with valuable counseling for a healthy pregnancy. During the challenging first trimester when my wife experienced severe vomiting, Dr. Renuka's guidance and care were invaluable. She went above and beyond, treating my wife like a friend, and her comforting presence made a significant difference.

When it came time for the delivery, Dr. Renuka skillfully performed the C-section and ensured a safe and successful birth for our baby. Throughout the entire process, she maintained her friendly and approachable demeanor, always making us feel supported and understood. It was evident that she genuinely cared for her patients, treating them not just as medical cases but as individuals in need of guidance and care.

I would also like to mention the exceptional support provided by Dr. Dhaval Sir during the C-section delivery and in the postnatal period. His calm and composed nature reassured us, and his attentiveness to our child's needs was commendable.

The entire staff at Genesis was remarkable, creating a warm and welcoming environment. They were professional, efficient, and demonstrated a genuine concern for our well-being. The level of care we received was exemplary, and we definitely recommend Dr. Renuka Borisa Mam for any gynecology-related consultation and Dr Dhaval Sir for Pediatrician. We can definitely say if anyone searching for full maternity care then Genesis Clinic is best clinic.

Again Kudos to Dr. Renuka for her unwavering support, expertise, and compassionate approach. She exceeded our expectations as a doctor, and we are grateful for all the support she provided us during this precious time in our lives.

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior of staff of Gensis Hospital, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

I recently had a distressing experience at Genesis Hospital, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai and I feel compelled to share my negative review. The level of service provided by the staff was exceedingly poor, to the point where it became frustrating and disheartening. Not only did the hospital staff fail to adhere to their own commitments of providing timely reports, but they also displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and rudeness towards the patient's relatives.

First and foremost, the hospital staff made a commitment to send crucial medical reports in a timely manner. However, this promise turned out to be nothing more than empty words. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances from the staff, we were left waiting for the reports for an unbearable amount of time. This negligence caused immense anxiety and inconvenience to the family of the patient, compromising their ability to make informed decisions regarding further medical treatment.

In addition to the delayed reports, the behavior of the hospital staff towards the patient's relatives was utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. Rather than showing empathy and understanding during a challenging time, they treated us with blatant rudeness and indifference.

Important questions went unanswered, and requests for updates were met with disdain. The overall demeanor of the staff only added to the already distressing situation, leaving a lasting negative impact on us.

It is disheartening to witness such a lack of commitment and professionalism from a healthcare institution that should prioritize the well-being of its patients. A hospital is meant to be a sanctuary of healing and support, but our experience with the staff of Genesis Hospital, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai was a far cry from that ideal. The negligent service and disrespectful behavior displayed by the staff have left us deeply disappointed and shaken.

I strongly urge anyone seeking medical care to reconsider Genesis Hospital, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, as a viable option. The poor service, failure to adhere to commitments, and unprofessional behavior make it abundantly clear that this place is not dedicated to providing the care and support that patients and their families need during challenging times. Steer clear of such an establishment, and prioritize your well-being by selecting a hospital that truly values and respects its patients.

Dr. Dhaval Shah did a great job with my 2 year old baby's viral infection treatment. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and took care of my baby as their family. I am glad that my baby has been recovered, Thanks ????
