there is no 0 star option,, it was the worst experience of my life in any hotel, it's not even a hotel it's rooms on a worst building...
flush broken
no elevator (information not provided by hotel)
no fresh water to drink( only tab water)
amenities mentioned not available
worst bedsheets,towel
no soap in washroom (after asking in the reception the guy said we don't provide soap u have to buy it)
it's on a third floor and no one to help with luggage
the corridor to reach 3rd floor smell like vomit, pee and people spitting all over walls
no service of any kind.

It was one of the worst experience we ever faced.
we booked hotel almost 15 days before. And we informed them by phone that we will make check in by 12 am as we were coming by train. By the phone their behaviour was polite.
As we reached hotel the gate was closed. After 4 times call they became raedy to open the gate. It was a rainy day (16th April 2019) .we stayed out, during rain almost 20 minutes. By waiting to open the gate.
The room was very congested. Even 1 person cant stand properly on room. There were no any facilities expect one TV and room cooler.
The room was very dirty and look like its cleaned 1 months ago.
There were even no flush in the toilet. There were no soap, towels or even a blanket.
The full bed was blood drinking bed bugs.
It was the horrible experience I ever got.
Its not a hotel.
All the bed, and everything look like a government hospital of one undeveloped area.
The corridor to the reception was very dark and dirty like a street which ever didn't cleaned.
Even if you can afford it with 10 ruppee, pls dobt select it, . Because better than that is to stay in platform of the railway station.

Hotel is very hard to find and it is difficult to find the hotel. Hotel is not hygiene. In toilet water is leaking and booking on OYO is between fixed timings between 12pm and 11 am. We can't chose our convenient timings.
