People havent given enough ratings for This hotel but I must say the hotel is very nice!!
Their staff is courteous, the location is very convenient and close by to shopping mall, close to market, close to a bar and apart from that, the hotels kitchen is very good!!
They make good tasty food and at decent prices as compared to hotels otherwise.

The hotel has 3 categories of rooms, Executive deluxe, superior deluxe and presidential suite. Deluxe is very very nice!!! Its super clean and has enough space also.

The rooms are maintained and clean. The food was good. Only 1 bottle of water is complimentary in a day. The hotel charges you Rs. 42 for every additional bottle of water which is two times the MRP on the bottle. When I pointed it out, the staff was also not very rude in the way he responded. The location is right in the market and so very crowded. I would not recommend the hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay with family. Each and every staff form reception to housekeeping were polite and helpful. Room has a retro look with good lighting and we'll maintained bathroom fittings. No scope for complains. Direct booking through hotel allows for 24hrs check in & check out which is also a good factor.
