Yoga with Anindita

Anindita is such a great yoga teacher.
I look forward to my sessions with her!

We focus on breathing exercises, asanas, endurance, and some very challenging Sun salutation variations.

She has made yoga so enjoyable and there are so many visible changes in how my yoga poses have improved.

Highly recommend training with Anindita.

It’s the only time I enrolled for Yoga in life and perhaps one of the best decisions I took, especially coming to Anindita’s sessions. She’s warm, generous, focused and pushes you enough for you to see changes in your body. As an actor with erratic schedules, whenever possible I make sure I attend her sessions. They’re also very reasonable and the studio she hires is a great vibe too. Recommend her classes to all, irrespective of age. This energy is worth consuming.

Yoga classes with Anindita is an amazing experience! She's a wonderful instructor. I had lost touch with yoga since quite a few years but when i started with anindita it was as if I had not lost touch at all! Seemingly tough postures become increasingly easy with a few techniques and she motivates you to go beyond your assumed potential!
Fantastic classes and definitely recommended ????????????
