The gym is spacious and well equipped with the required fitness equipment. The ambience is also good and all the trainers are respectful and at the same time friendly too. Overall experience with the staff and management is very good. Good gym in the given locality at reasonable prices.

The Owner & Trainer Mr Atish Shinde is very Dedicated towards his Clients be it male or female be it 1 or 100 he gives his 100% to everyone. It's been a year & more i have been working out here & have never disappointed me.
If One Want Results & Personal Assistance then must come & join as the Ambiance, Equipments , Trainers & Most imp Fees of Gym as well as Personal Training are Pocket Friendly !!

I have been part of this gym since 2012. This is one of the best gyms in Parel. Good and well maintained machinery, experienced trainers and great atmosphere.
