Damodar Natyagruh in Parel is a must-visit destination for theatre enthusiasts. The theatre has a rich history and a legacy that dates back to 1907. It is one of the oldest and most iconic theatres in Mumbai and has been a hub for Marathi theatre and cultural events for over a century.

My daughter's first dance stage performance at Damodar Natyagruh Parel was held on 15 April 2023 ! It have been an exciting and memorable experience for us as a parent and my daughter was so exited to perform on stage.

Performing on stage can be a great opportunity for children to showcase their talents and build their confidence. It's important to encourage my daughter to continue pursuing her passions and interests, whether it's in dance or any other activity she enjoys.

Nice big auditorium clean facilities now with ac auditorium 2 floor, huge accomodation must visit

An old Marathi natyagruha. It needs renovation and sometimes it stinks as well. The washrooms are not in good condition, they stink too.

Limited 4 wheeler parking is available inside the premises in front of the school adjoining the natyagruha. So it's recommended to arrive early to get car parking.

Two wheeler parking is also available inside the premises, however it's limited.
