15th sept 13:00 ,ordered 2 burgers on offer (everything at 109/-), one barbeque chicken burger and one fried chicken burger.
delivered within the promised 52 mins.

they are basically both fried chicken patty burgers with a little bit of lettuce and some sweet sauce on the barbeque burger.

both left a bitter aftertaste in the mouth .

there's a reason they are rated so low on zomato.

long way to go if they have to compete with the Mac's and Kings.

Horrible horrible place to order from........I placed an order with them through Zomato and the estimate time was 40 minutes.
After waiting 35 minutes I receive a call from Zomato support saying we're sorry we're gonna have to cancel the order as the delivery valet has reached the location but the restaurant is shut and not making any orders!
Why would they accept the order online in the first place if they're due to shut mid prep?
Was really looking forward to trying and reviewing Wendy's here in Bombay but I think this first hand experience speaks for itself......

I ordered from Wendy's, Santacruz today and the order was delayed by an hour and the staff was unapologetic about the delay. It's such a shame that an international brand like Wendy's have such an incompetent staff. Moreover the burgers are nothing like what Wendy's is abroad. The bread was dry and the fries were cold and the drinks had leaked. Please don't order if you are someone trying to relive your wendy memories.. it's a easy pass.
