I am giving 1 star because I cant give 0. I had such a bad experience with them I cant even begin to tell. I went to try a lehenga which I loved and I wanted some customizations in the veil which was reduction of work, addition of trail and some flowers on the hip area. They quoted x amount and I confirmed thrice that this is what will be done, they said yes. They sent me a whatsapp confirming the changes which I didnt pay much attention to because I didnt know I would be scammed. I tried dresses on other designers but I was hell bent on getting the dress I saw at their store so I went back. When I was about to pay they increased the price suddenly by 50k, I confronted them saying how can this be so they acted like they hadnt confirm anything. Their stupidity went to an extent that they started asking money for cancan that is included in the cost of the lehenga anywhere in the world. The sad part is when I reached out to the person who had handled me the day before she said the price would be the increased price and I had some confusion. They started using their whatsapp as a proof for saying their message to me didnt mention the extra embroidery which was clearly a miss at their end. What they clearly missed is I liked that lehenga so much that I was ready to buy my engagement dress, my groom’s kurta gift and my proposal dress from there which would have been a billing of atleast more than 6 lakhs. They also lost a customer who would have purchased more and more in future. Extremely disappointed.

The experience of buying a lehenga at the store from the first reference to customisation and final measurements is extremely professional and nice. The pieces are extraordinary!
