This Urban Ladder shop at Phoenix Market City, Kurla has ac great variety of home furniture. They have great deals too.
The team is very courteous.

Mr. Vinay was very helpful to us when we bought sofas and chairs from the shop.

The delivery boys Juber and Dhanraj also did a great job in delivery and installation at my house.

Overall great experience, value for money 10 out of 10.

The Urban Ladder Store in Phoenix Mall is very good for buying Furnitures.
While buying Furnitures it is very essential to understand what the requirement is according to space you have. Mr. Atul from Urban Ladder store helped me to understand the concept and suitable furniture accordingly. The team in store helped me to buy furniture not only according to my budget but also with looks and technical specifications.
They were so polite and helped me throughout the process right from buying to installation.
The installation team of Mr. Subham Nagpure & Akash Tawale from Nagpur were also very professional and helpful in installing the product. They stretched all their limits to help in with the installation of product correctly.

Urban Ladder has great quality furniture and very reasonable prices - that everyone knows.

But the issue with online furniture stores is not being able to see, feel and experience the furniture before ordering. Having this physical outlet helps solve that problem. Mr. Vinay, in this store is incredibly helpful - he took a lot of trouble to help me get exactly what I wanted, and was helpful throughout the process until delivery and final installation. I wish more stores had people as helpful as him!
