We went to Kurla Phoenix on Wednesday 7th June 2023 at 9:30pm . I purchased few candies and due to technical glitch their billing machine wasn’t working, we even waited for 35 minutes and later said we cannot give you bill, So I requested for free candies as per policy but Rohit the supervisor of the store refused us very rudely and asked us to leave. I was suprised by his behaviour. Casual attitude and careless employees are making brands worse. Company must seriously look into this matter. Very very disappointed. ???????????? disgraceful ????????????

Wide range of amazing candies. Billing is calculated on fixed price to weight ratio i.e. ₹160/100 grams, which gives you freedom of choice to pickup any candies you love within that weight range. You simply cannot stop at one, makes you keep munching one after another, again and again. You may also purchase mixed candies by weight if you wish to try several flavours in a single visit. Ambiance is simply great and lively based on candy colours rainbow theme, where kids can have a really great time choosing their loved candies with real excitement. They also accept payments through Paytm wallet. Finally got to say, not all addictions are harmful. Cheers...!!!

I had been craving some candy and saw this shop. The options were good and I got my lollipop. The quality of sweets are also good with good service from staff.
