Poor experience so far after renewing the membership. I was hoping for a better service for being a long term member from the staff. Also, the old therapists were better compared to the new ones. Now feels like complete waste of money.????????

Pathetic experience. Place is terrible . Interiors are terrible . Nobody to properly welcome you or guide you . So scary . They send u up to a room next to a bathroom where men keep going in and out . Rooms are behind curtains . Absolutely unhygienic dingy and scary . Can hear bathroom noises and people talking constantly. Didnt expect this from a parlour on Pali hill . I had to walk out . Please DO NOT VISIT !
