I live outside India and ordered spicys and fresh ginger and lemongrass. As I was only here for 24 hours I depended on a prompt delivery. It worked out fine, I got a personal confirmation that my products would arrive on the asked day in the hotel. Unfortunately they couldn't deliver the fresh products that day, but they would have the day after...l had to leave. One product was missing, but it was brought within short time to me. Organic Garden answers efficently the mails and their service is top and honest. Please continue like this! For sure, I'm going to order again with you.

Have very good experience for shopping through organic garden, First the quality was really good, awesome food and 100% organic no any doubt,specially banana is awesome.service also good.they resolve problem in satisfactory manner, the delivery guys are really nice.i have always receive the on time delivery,i have given extra 50rs to delivery boy Thappa and after some time he come and return to me. Overall good experience,i found really good difference in spinach, potato, banana, ladyfinger,cashew,turmeric,oranges,kinnow also best comparison to non organic product.we received all fresh product. Customer support service also best.take order clearly and send it as per mention,representatives also give good feedback in case any issues. I am really satisfied with organic garden. Always had positive response. Just request you to please take care about leafy while delivery...there is no issue but just tell you....

A month ago there were some issues with my online order.But later on I've got full money refund. Today I got a call from Organic Garden
regarding refund and the communication was much more clear than it was before. I hope Organic Garden will do good in future and will maintain the good old reputation. All the best wishes.
