I was here for 3 days for my mother and grandmother's cataract surgery. I would like to share my experience in below bullet points as I have interacted with all doctors & staff available here

Infrastructure:

1. Overal environment is very good as hospital is new furniture and infrastructure is new.
2. You can avail parking area on ground floor.
3. Lift is available to get on 3rd floor.
4. Abundant space is available in hospital for sitting.
5. Advance machines are available for scanning and all other required test to come on conclusion.
6. Computarised patient data monitoring with online appointment booking & sms services.
7. Well decorated glass counter.

Reception and billing team:

These people are working proactively to align appointments , circulate files to doctor , ensuring perfect rhythm in scheduling patients checkups. Hastle free billing.

Staff :

I have interacted with almost all staff members , they are polite and using humble words while treating patient and explaining medical terms. They are treating patients like family and trying to make close relation to remove any kind of ambiguity.

Doctor's Team :

Dr. T.P. Lahane

Extraordinary personality with lifetime experience , ground to earth. What I have heard , listen , saw over videos and press meetings was totally different when I meet this personality. Very kind , connecting with patient with same tone what patient have.
Goal oriented and working in OT continuously for handling all patients personally.
Our both operations performed by them.

Dr. Sumit Lahane

Young, energetic and modest personality. Fantastic in diagnostic, conclusions and performing surgeries.
We mate them one day before operation for initial checkups and diagnostics.

Dr. Sayali Lahane

Proactive, faithful and crowned head personality.
We mate them one day after operation , they are doing final check providing view on operation , ensuring all eye parts are in good condition after operation.

Dr. Mirttika Sen

Kind nature, down to earth and experinetive personality. Involved in initial diagnostics, checkups and operation.
We mate them on one day before operation for checkups and diagnostics.

Mr. Amit Lahane

Well cordinator and administrator , humble and polite in nature. Interacting with people arranging all required facilities to go through.

Overall :

These people are living for noble cause , they are not looking for any returns. So many people are coming from rural area and they are serving them unconditionally. Even they are not looking for money , based on patients economical situation they are serving them without money.
I have visited multiple hospital across the country but this is something different, touchy and feeling like home for all remedies irrespective of your life class.

This is highly equipped hospital for all ophthalmic ailments. There is a team of well- qualified doctors lead by Padmashri Dr. Lahane. My personal experience was simply outstanding!
