I regularly order via Swiggy with no issues at all and decided to order directly with the Prabhadevi branch for a change thinking itll come sooner and reduce the cost of delivery. I mentioned clearly to the lady on the phone that I need it asap and was even told it will be delivered within an hour. Made the payment and send the address immediately. 2.5 hours later, Ive called them back to ask about the order and the lady said she forgot the deliver it and instead asked me to put the phone down and not waste time so she can book porter! she had 2.5 hours to book it on time and on top of it was rude!

Your Store staff in the bandra store requires training. I wanted to understand the flour used for the Gluten free chocolate cake. They responded with "Wheat" when its clearly mentioned "No wheat", kindly hire people that are trained in explaining your products, untrained and uninterested staff creates bad instore service and atmosphere. Very unhelpful and amateur staff, not appealing at all, don't know how to talk, are not friendly, are on their phones half the time, and do not even offer a carrybag after purchase, I had to ask for it. No smiles, very bad instore experience. The staff is incapable, un-knowlegable, un-trained and just pathetic. Don't feel like buying again.

Over priced below average baked goods. I ordered the Orange Pistachio cake which was basically just pound cake and pita bread. I don't know how I am suppose to fit falafel and salad into a 3 inch pita bread. Have some common sense and realize the bread should at least be 9 inches.. Also they have the worst customer service. All they are good at is marketing the brand.
