Brand name hence ordered a cake but the cake arrived full 50 minutes late when my event had ended and the delivery guy saw people leave as well very disappointed when requested for refund the staff MR Prasad and Mr SK Anish did not acknowledge and stated it would take days had to make an arrangement for a different cake - the staff not ready to accept and kept saying were informed 8. Pm another lie and while waiting There was no traffic but kept lying through out that there was traffic Such a horrible experience Please avoid ordering Not worth the STRESS. They dont have a store manager as well or not ready to share share any feedback EDEN improve on your staff

Do not be fooled by going to this place. Their service is horrible. Their staff do not care about anything and above all, their products only look good in the shop. Once you buy and get them home, they automatically change colour and sizes.

I was here at about midnight of December 1st bought some chocolate crisps. The following day, they all turn half white and no longer is crisps. The manager, Mr. Moeen I guess his name is. He says, when you took it from the shop it was fine and cannot be exchanged for anything else. Then starts crying to take it back or exchange something that barely cost 120 bucks, while we've spent 1000's here.

Places as such SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED..

I am very happy with the quality of the products. I purchased the Belgium dark chocolate cake which was fresh and delicious. The walnut tart was heavy to the palate. The seasonal cake was refreshing and freshly prepared.
