You can feel the difference between a well qualified post graduate teacher and a novice who has done a 3 month or 6 month teacher training course and call themselves professional teacher.

I appointed her as my yoga teacher. From past two months I am taking the training. She is very particular about the timings but as I am a working women she adjusted accordingly to my timings. I had back problem but after taking sessions from her it been resolved. She explain all asnas before implementing it.
I would recommend you all to join her classes

I had initially taken her classes during pregnancy and have continued post delivery as well.She is very proficient in her work. She gives individual attention to everyone and makes yoga enjoyable.
