I recently contacted Dr Poojas Hair restoration to inquire about facial treatments. But i was disappointed with the person who were answering the call. She had very rude attitude which was not customer centric. due to which she gave a negative feedback on Google. I had made my mind to take the treatment from them as i was impressed with their packages but after listening to that lady who were on the call i am bit skeptical about their treatment. when i got callback from them regarding my query i i gave my feedback to them but what was the utter nonsense is rather than apologizing she again hung up the call. at looking at reviews i think its paid reviews or may be fake.

This people are really pathetic they are threatening me by sending sms that they will send id to cyber crime and police station as like i have done big crime by giving negative review
I guess every client has right to give opinion on google for whatever services they are opting or may be checking.
This people are really unprofessional they even don't know how to handle negative comment. I have taken many cosmetics treatments from other clinics but i never found this type of behavior from any clinic.

I was suffering from hair loss since 2 years, I have taken treatment from dr Pooja hair restoration and cosmetic clinic 1 year back and I am extremely satisfied with my hair transplant result. Dr Pooja is very genuine doctor an gives good advice. Thanks her and her team with highly qualified staff. Thank you.

Good team of Doctors / surgeons . They give you a clear idea of hair transplant concept. They don't give false commitments . They met my expectations of results . Thank you Dr poojas hair restoration & cosmetic clinic.
