It was a great experience with dietitian shreya family.
I have been trying to loose weight since past 4 months but failed,so I came across to this program and within 1 month I lost 3kgs,and in next month another 2.7kgs i lost, that was so much surprising for me that too without struggling for exercise, starving and demotivation.
My diet counsellor jyoti mam,and reetika mam,was so supportive,and answer all my queries very nicely and sweetly.
Their diets was so easy and tasty to follow,which never made me feel, I'm on diet.
Through this,my water intake has increased,also through these diets,my acne got treated, pigmentation,and I was not getting periods since two months,and I got them just in a month,also I was suffering from pcod,uti which also got cured.

After struggling to lose weight for a long time I came across dietitian Shreya. They examine your body and give you diets accordingly. With their program I've learned to introduce healthier things in my diet and get into healthier lifestyle. And I'm pleased to say that I've lost weight and continue to lose more. I am taking diet under the team dietitian shreya and regularly following .

I have enrolled for 3 months plan.
My dietician Mona mam is a very supportive person.

She regularly follows up with me under all circumstances. I could call her or text her at any point of time when I have a doubt or need to ask something. She also prepared my diet based on what I wanted to eat. I am grateful to her for the continus support.

Also i am enjoying this diet and weight loss journey.
She is also giving me my favourite food items to eat like whatever i like According to my taste and lifestyle
