Bit late to post!! Visited in October 2021. We had gone for an outing after almost 2 years. Chose the best but turned out be a Chaotic, confusing & a stressful affair. Felt like a wedding buffet with live counter. I personally think that Seven kitchens is a flawed concept for a luxury dining. You are suppose to place orders at each of these kitchens (cuisine) of ur liking & they get the food to ur table. But there is no order in which the food is served. Food is served cold. Table is unattended & staffs are not attentive. Orders r forgotten or delayed. Couple of dishes that we ordered at the start were bought while we were leaving.

The most delectable of culinary experiences awaits one at this wonderful restaurant called seven kitchens. You might wonder why it's called the seven kitchens

This is because as you might have guessed, it has seven kitchens. Everything is made at a live counter for you Specially

Breakfast: south Indian, north Indian, Chinese, continental, cakes, salads, Gujarati

Dinner: Chinese, continental, ????, pasta, steaks, deserts, north Indian, sushi ???? (Japanese), chaat. So many options one literally cannot try all of them (trust me, i tried).

You literally will find it to be the best spread i a 5 star hotel buffet that you have ever had, period

Pro tip: have a little of everything so that you can try everything:). Costs around 2800 for the dinner buffet, breakfast was included with my stay so don't know what it costs.

Had a Very Pleasant Morning with St. Regis Breakfast absolutely delicious food. Kudos to your chef. Viren was the most kind service person anticipated all our needs at Table 56. Valentine was also hospitable. Going to be back soon . Highly Recommended
