Terribly disappointed with the service and website efficiency!
To start with it took me around three weeks just to be able to place my order. Once that FINALLY happened after multiple failed sessions just before checking out on the website, I thought the remaining would be smooth. My order for some reason was split into two parts - one containing just one product and the other with 4 items. The first shipment was promptly delivered in two days! The second shipment however, I am STILL WIAITNG FOR! It's been over three weeks now. Called customer care multiple times, written numerous emails, all for them to tell me that they 'Need MORE time'! How much is 'more time', has still NOT been defined. So I guess I shall continue to wait endlessly, for some underwear that may or may not reach me (who knows!). As they aren't offering to re-ship the items neither have they offered me a refund, all they ask me to do is wait...patiently! The audacity, and according to their dear courier partner there is no update since the 17th of Feb!! And they seem to find that perfectly acceptable. So deal Hunkemoller, India while I was ecstatic to have you come to India and be able to buy your amazing products, I am beyond horrified and angered by the casual, lazy, unhelpful and dismissive attitude of your customer support staff! Not to mention I was put on hold for half an hour, while waiting to talk to a senior manager, I was also told that if the call got disconnected they will call me back in 15 mins. Sure enough the call did get disconnected, but (surprise, surprise) I DID NOT GET A CALL BACK! Rest assured I will NEVER be shopping from this brand again!! :)

They don’t reply via mail or pick up their number, I’ve been trying to return an item and I don’t know how to contact them

As a guy stepping to buy lingerie for a girl by himself, I did not make the wrong choice stepping into this store. Super friendly staff and more than just lingerie. The staff did not assume who I was getting it for and was just professional yet sweet. More than just lingerie here. Excellent experience.
