This is the place i live and proud to be a member of the society, this building has a beautiful view of wadala, and all around the view is amazing and the best place to settle away from city pollution like sound, air and this place has greenery all around which always gives a fresh feeling everyday

Housing society is quite good. They believe in a decent living. Kids have a small place to play which reduces their annoyance on the street. They don't have much of parking space for 4-wheeler inside the compound because of which two lanes are parked with cars. At night the street outside is completely dark which thus indicates that their compound wall lamps are not well lit.

Before lodha discovered anik for new cuff parade. Sai leela society provided great connectivity via eastern freeway CST minimum time 13 minutes, Thane 36 minutes, airport 25 minutes( 4 o'clock in morning).
Per capita open space may be more than very fancy and costly projects.
Few negatives if you care are building not painted no gym or swimming pool.
But bang for the buck you spend.
