Good place in terms of connectivity.
Only 5 mins walking from mysore colony monorail station.

People coming to Mumbai for treatment at Tata Memorial can consider this society for renting a flat. 1bhk and 2 bhk flats are generally available.

Overall the housing society is a little low on maintenance but it has a big garden/playground, a rarity in Mumbai.

Other societies near this are Vittasanchay , Sailee La and the well known Mysore Colony.

The Chembur station is about 4-5 km from this place.

Taxi and auto are always available. Bandra Kurla Complex is nearby with 10km.

it is a good place where a person can get rented room ( 1 bhk) at 21K per month. it is nearest to Oil refinery. So those who are woking there, its a good place to commute in shortest span of time.

Houses are too old and rain water draining system is terrible. Some residents hold functions in the society and play loud music late into the night creating a nuisance for other residents. Only advantage is proximity to HPC/BPC/RCF offices and Mysore colony monorail station.
