It's nice to shopping for groceries things and product is cheap.but I request you reliance owner needs to hire the staff for the night shift counter to increase the counter of billing. When the manger is knowing when we are standing in queue they just ignore the customer. Its very bad.

They don't care for the customers waiting for long time .so pls improve the system of billing counter.

Very Illiterate employee at Relience Mall Santacruz West that girl who's name is Radhika was very Badtameez literally she has no manners how to talk with customer there was a plastic bag in our trolley and she told me to take all of carry bag with you take it your home in a very arrogant manner and as an taunting when I asked her did u bring it here she replied ' MERI SALARY SE AATA HAI YEH PALATIC BAG' and created the scence. Is that Relience is much greedy that they are taking money from their employees ???? And more case also happen in last month one of your billing executive have stolen our 1ltr oil packed from billing counter I can't believe in front of camera he stolen. Everytime I visited to Reliance mall Santacruz West I faced these kind of people much manner less people and Today she crossed all limits of bad behavior she reply with such a cheap word and created the scence and telling me to don't show the attitude which she was showing such an manner less and BADTAMEEZ. These kind of empoyees now reliance is hiring very very pathetic experience.
