Kudos to the Oven Story team for bouncing back from being a forgettable chain last year with very low rating to the No. 1 pizza chain rating on Zomato now.

Ordered 2 of their pizzas twice and they tasted good both the times. I just loved the sausage pieces in their pizzas. Haven't tried their veg options yet.
Only issue I have is with the packaging, when we ordered via Swiggy, where all toppings was kind of tossed to one of the side. Anyways, we got a refund.

I give reviews only for best places ... And if i have bad experience then i tend to give benefit of doubt and donot give bad review..... but i cannot do it for this food joint ..... Cannot just ignore ..... This outlet hould be closed .... They don't know how to cook not only pizza but don't understand anything about the food .... Else they won't dare to send such food ...
So called loaded with cheese margarita pizza was missing the cheese, whatever cheese was on it was burnt completly ... And add on topping was thrown on the pizza after it was burnt ... Crust for sure was not fresh it was ready made that too bad and dry ... I have a question how can the burn pizza reach home stone cold ( seems they pre-burn the pizza beforehand then based on the order throw topping on top just like that and send ) ... Same story with garlic bread ... Cheese infused was a joke .... Again stone cold and expired bread .... Pasta again was burnt and saltless ....

My humble request to the owner of the brand to close down this outlet
