Dr Amar Kharkhanis is an excellent eye specialist. His positive approach towards the patient is commendable. My son is been treated by Doctor since the age of 5 and his guidance has helped my son number reduced drastically .. His suggested advice should be taken seriously for good result .. I would highly recommend Dr Amar for any eye treatment.. He is superb !!!

Very polite and caring. My mother had a major issue with regards to her retina. Dr Amar not only patiently listened to her but advised her in the utmost careful manner. He really cares about his patients and his positive attitude really gives a lot of confidence to his patients suffering from serious eye related issues. I definitely recommend him for any eye related problems.

Dr. Amar Karkhanis carried out examination of my eyes at his Super-Speciality Hospital and confirmed I had cataracts in both the eyes. He explained very nicely about the surgery and the options regarding inter ocular lenses available. Dr. Amar’s confidence, qualifications and experience made me comfortable going in for the surgery.
The surgery was performed on my right eye first. It was painless and took about 15 minutes. I was kept under observation in his hospital for 2 hours. After that my eye cover was removed and eye was examined by him. I could see with my eye immediately. The cover was put back on the eye to be kept for one day. The clear protection glasses were give as part of post surgery eye care. I was allowed to go home. The next day I was seeing everything clearly and could read as well.
The post surgery care instructions, medicines and eye drop schedule were given in a well organised folder clearly.
The surgery on the left eye was performed three days after the surgery on the right eye. It was similar to the right eye surgery. Everything went very well. After about two weeks I started feeling more or less normal. Now after a month I am feeling absolutely normal and I don’t need glasses as the vision for reading as well distant vision is clear. Thank you so much Dr. Amar Karkhanis for taking good care of me and answering all my questions.
Dr. Amar Karkhanis’s Super-Speciality Hospital is exceptionally beautiful and clean. The operating theatre is beautiful and equipped with modern machines. I am amazed by the skills of Dr. Amar Karkhanis. Hospital staff is also very knowledgeable and caring. Overall an excellent experience.
