the word 'cinema' is a misnomer since the theatre closed a while bck .... it is now a commercial centre n its also a landmark ...
ask a.taxi driver to take yu to naaz n he wil know wher exactly to go ...
its now the centre for electronics n the electronic spare parts industry flourishes in n around naaz ....
the place is always crowded n driving ther isnt advisable ... more so since the metro work has halved the road n slow trafc is resultant ....

Landmark of indian cinema..

Before Naaz their are two cinema hall named Olympia & Coronation Theaters..
The first Indian movie Raja Harishchandras premier show was held only at this place ie. Olympia Theatre on 21 this April 1913,
exactly 107 years ago. But released on 3 May 1913 at Coronation Theater of Grant road..
