Received my order on time. Beautifully packed and entire contents so fresh. Thank you. Definitely deserve to be recommended

Loot in the name of Organic. Our first order of vegetables & Fruits were a disaster. Though some fruits were decent, many were spoiled. Vegetables had fungus, papayas were completely raw and green. But I paid very high price - more than double than the regular marker price. They promised to replace, and the replaced items were worst. All our 4 ordered had similar issues. But some of the fruits like apple, musk Milan, Ooty plums were good and tasty.

We stopped ordering vegetables. It was time consuming from order placement, to receive the delivery, to check each item, separate the rotten/spoiled ones, take & send photos, follow up to get replacements. I was wasting my personal productive time on this after paying high price for their supply.

What is really surprising is the manager promised to personally look into the next delivery. Unfortunately That did not happen. There’s no co-ordination among their own team.

See some of these images of spoiled fruits/vegetables. What we found is that we loose 30-35% of the delivered items as waste and you pay at least 100-150% higher than market rates. Is it worth all the trouble ?

NO. SO WE STOPPED ORDERING FROM THEM.
